International Cheese Awards Press Release October 2015: Will Holland Announced to Return for ICA2016

Well, we might only just be eating up the last of the cheese from this year’s show but preparations go on apace for ICA 2016. The organisers work tirelessly all year round to bring you the very best Nantwich line-up every July – and we’re pleased to say that the award-winning Will Holland has already been confirmed as one of our celebrity chefs for next summer.

Chef Will Holland Returns to the International Cheese Awards

Will made his ICA debut in 2013, and was such a hit that he’s been back every year since – this is his fourth consecutive appearance. Formerly head chef at La Becasse in Ludlow, Will was awarded a Michelin star in 2009 at the age of just 29 but left in 2013 to take up the role of head chef at Coast, a new beachside restaurant in the beautiful Pembrokeshire resort of Saundersfoot. Since taking up the reins Will has been showered with plaudits, including the AA Restaurant of the Year for Wales at the recently announced 2015 AA Hospitality Awards.

You may also recognise Will from BBC’s Saturday Kitchen and Great British Menu. He is truly one of our brightest young talents and we’re thrilled that he’s agreed to appear in our demo kitchen once again. He told us that “it's a pleasure to be invited back to the show again. It's an annual date in my diary I always look forward to. The show is the biggest and best and it's an honour to be a part of it. Every year the show ensures it doesn't stand still and rest on its laurels and continues to evolve and grow year on year. It's exciting to be a part of it.”

He obviously loves the International Cheese Awards as much as we do!
