International Cheese Awards Press Release November 2016: Starting to Look Ahead to ICA 2017!

So, 2016 is drawing to a close, and what a brilliant year it’s been for the International Cheese Awards, with records tumbling and some truly exceptional cheeses on show. Next month we’ll be doing our traditional end-of-year round up of all things great and cheesy, but this month we’re already turning our attention to next year’s show. Here’s the essential low-down, along with how you can get involved.

The International Cheese Awards 2017 – Book your Trade Space Now

Next year’s show – our 120th – will take place on Tuesday 25th July (Trade, Judging and Press Day) and Wednesday 26th July (Show Day) at Dorfold Hall in Nantwich. Day One will see over 200 hundred judges sample thousands of dairy products entered from all over the world, before everyone sits down to enjoy the legendary Trade Day lunch and anxiously await the announcement of the retail and category winners. Trade Day sees the 80,000 sq. ft. air conditioned cheese marquee packed with stands showcasing all that is great and good in the dairy world, and as trade space always sells out, it’s never too early to book your stand! If you’d like to exhibit at the show, simply visit our website here and complete the booking forms detailing your requirements, and we can reserve your space all ready for you to join us in Nantwich on the 25th and 26th July.

There are plenty of other ways to contribute to the biggest and best cheese show in the world on Trade Day, such as becoming a sponsor alongside some of the big names who already support us. For more details about how to get involved as a sponsor contact adrian@internationalcheeseawards.com, or email Liz at media@internationalcheeseawards.com if you’d like to attend as press on either of the two days.

On Day Two we open our gates to the public, and are lucky enough to share our location with the amazing Nantwich Show. One admission ticket gets you admission to both the International Cheese Awards and the UK’s biggest one-day agricultural festival, and really does offer great value – especially if you snap up one of the reduced-price early bird tickets. These will be available via the Nantwich Show website – keep an eye on our Twitter feed for announcements nearer the time about availability. And talking of social media, don’t forget to follow us for a brilliant monthly competition and all the latest news on #ICA2017. You can find us on Twitter @icheeseawards and Instagram @internationalcheeseawards. See you all in July!
