International Cheese Awards Press Release November 2015: Trade and Sponsorship Opportunities at ICA 2016

While the rest of us are eyeing up the mince pies and wondering whether we’ve been well-behaved enough to merit a visit from Santa, the hard working souls at the International Cheese Awards are already underway with organising next year’s show. ICA 2016 will take place on Tuesday 26th July (Trade, Judging and Press Day) and Wednesday 27th July (Show Day), and we want to make the 119th show the best yet!

Keep an eye on the ICA website (http://www.internationalcheeseawards.co.uk/) for all the latest developments – Trade Forms are out next week, and with each show bigger and better than the year before it’s well worth completing these ahead of schedule to reserve your space. If you fancy getting involved in supporting the show in other ways, a whole range of sponsorship deals are available to suit all budgets – we’ve had lots of new companies come on board in the last 12 months and are always keen to form new partnerships. Contact the Show Secretary at the email address below to find out more about these exciting opportunities.

Chef Will Holland Returns to the International Cheese Awards

If you missed this news last month, we’re delighted to say that Will Holland has been confirmed to appear at ICA 2016 for the fourth year in a row. Formerly head chef at La Becasse in Ludlow, Will was awarded a Michelin star in 2009 at the age of just 29 but left in 2013 to take up the role of head chef at Coast, a new beachside restaurant in the beautiful Pembrokeshire resort of Saundersfoot. Since taking up the reins Will has been showered with plaudits, including the AA Restaurant of the Year for Wales at the recently announced 2015 AA Hospitality Awards. You may also recognise Will from BBC’s Saturday Kitchen and Great British Menu or, of course, the demo kitchen at the International Cheese Awards if you’re a regular visitor!

For more details about how to get involved with ICA 2016 as an exhibitor or a sponsor contact adrian@internationalcheeseawards.com, or email Liz at media@internationalcheeseawards.com if you’d like to attend as press.
